HGV Class 1 in Broxburn

Velocity are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers on behalf of a leading food distribution client based in Broxburn. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work through the busy Christmas period, with the potential for ongoing shifts into the new year.

We have various start times and shift types available to suit your lifestyle, including:

• Day Drivers

• Night Drivers

• Day Trampers

• Night Trampers

• Changeover Drivers

You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to RDCs and stores across the UK.

• Enhanced festive pay rate of £22.41 per hour (December to Christmas)

• Competitive £20.17 per hour ongoing rate after Christmas

• 4 on / 4 off rota for a great work/life balance

• Ongoing work opportunities

• Modern, well-maintained fleet

• Supportive transport and operations team

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Licence held for a minimum  of 1 year 9 months experience preferred

• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN offences)

• Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
