Velocity is urgently recruiting an experienced Class 2 Skip Driver to join their client based in Shildon. This role is a temp-to-perm position.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 05:00/06:00 start approx 42 hours per week. Day shift only.
About the Role: You will complete around three trips per day, collecting in Gateshead and delivering to South West Durham. This is a temp-to-perm position—after 12 weeks with Velocity, you will transfer to a permanent contract with the client (subject to satisfactory performance).
Requirements:
- Class 2 licence (held for 1 year plus)
- Valid Digi Card & CPC
- Experience working with skips is essential (Roll on Roll Off)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
