Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of successful content marketing campaigns, with a balanced focus on content creation and performance.
- Management and implementation of marketing automation processes, including nurturing campaigns and lead scoring models.
- Develop and document operational processes and lead workflows to improve overall organisational efficiency.
- Maintain standardised metrics reports on campaign effectiveness through accurate lead monitoring and pipeline analysis.
Qualifications
- Passionate about marketing automation in a B2B Marketing context, eager to learn more about the benefits it brings to our clients.
- Previous experience in a Marketing Operations or Inbound Marketing role is ideal.
- Proficiency in at least one of the main marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Silverpop or Eloqua).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign reporting and analytics, including mastery of Microsoft Excel, and their use in testing and optimising campaigns.
- Helpful and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and support our ever-changing environment and growing team.
- Extremely detail-oriented and methodical with a desire to test, learn and iterate.
- Passionate for new technologies and unconventional thinking.
