Velocity Tech is partnering with one of the world’s largest insurance organisations, working closely with Lloyd’s of London, to hire a Staff Full Stack Engineer with strong Kotlin expertise. This is a high-impact role within a complex, large-scale engineering environment, where you’ll play a key role in building and scaling backend systems.
The position is heavily backend-focused, with Kotlin as a core technology, alongside Node.js and TypeScript. Frontend work (React) is secondary.
We’re looking for a polyglot engineer, but with deep Kotlin experience, who can provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help drive delivery across teams.
