We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing squad building scalable microservices in a fast-growing fintech environment. This is a great role if you enjoy leading from the front, growing teams, and shaping how engineering gets done, not just managing from the sidelines.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a squad of engineers, working closely with Product
  • Supporting and developing your team (line management + mentoring)
  • Driving delivery while keeping quality high
  • Helping shape architecture and engineering best practices
  • Continuously improving how the team works

You’ll have a big say in how things are built and how the team evolves.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong software engineering background
  • Comfortable working in agile environments (and improving them)
  • Someone who can balance delivery with long-term thinking
  • Great communicator — able to bridge tech, product, and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fintech or financial products
  • Background in start-ups or scale-ups
