The Engineering Manager will take ownership of a cross-functional squad, working closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance systems. Reporting into senior technical leadership, they will play a key role in shaping engineering practices, supporting team development, and driving delivery in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
