The Engineering Manager will take ownership of a cross-functional squad, working closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance systems. Reporting into senior technical leadership, they will play a key role in shaping engineering practices, supporting team development, and driving delivery in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leads a squad of engineers in building and scaling microservices-based architectures for financial applications.
- Partners with Product Managers and senior engineers to define and deliver technical solutions aligned to business goals.
