We are currently recruiting an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver for ongoing work based in North Shields.
The Role:
- Order picking
- Delivering plumbing and heating parts to customers and trade sites.
- Local deliveries across the North East, with some routes covering Cumbria.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining delivery paperwork.
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
Working Hours:
Shift times 06:30-17:00, 4-5 days per week. Ongoing work available.
Requirements:
- Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) Licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential.
