The Role

You will be responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring accurate control of all incoming and outgoing information across live construction projects. Working closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient document control processes and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all project documentation and drawing registers
  • Ensure accurate distribution and filing of project information
  • Control document workflows, revisions, and approvals
  • Support project teams with document management processes and procedures
