An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality social housing refurbishment projects.
You will initially take the lead on a £6 million roofing scheme, delivering the project over an 18-month programme in East London. This forms part of a 10-year framework agreement, providing exceptional long-term career stability and the opportunity to progress into future projects.
The Initial ProjectThe scheme involves the refurbishment of seven occupied residential blocks and includes:
- Traditional and specialist roofing works
- Installation of green roofs
- Balcony refurbishment works
- Working within occupied environments while maintaining excellent resident liaison and health & safety standards
Following the successful completion of the roofing project, you will move onto a variety of planned maintenance and refurbishment schemes across the framework, including:
- Occupied kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- External refurbishment programmes
- SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) projects
- Planned maintenance and improvement works
