Position:
Site Manager required for a re-cladding project in Slough, reporting to a Contract Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site and managing sub-contractors and have an opportunity for genuine progression.
Project:
The project is a £4 million Re-Cladding of an 8 storey occupied residential block in Slough.Work includes stripping and replacing the Zinc cladding on the 8 storey occupied block, reporting to a Contracts Manager. You will the lead manager on site responsible for all H&H, site paperwork and management of sub-contractors.

Individual:
The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages, ideally cladding and with dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
