We’re working with a privately owned residential developer delivering a 160-unit scheme in Eddington, Cambridge, consisting of houses and low-rise apartment blocks. With the superstructure complete on the first phase, the project is now moving into internal fit-out.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the internal works package through to handover.

Role Overview

You’ll manage all internal fit-out works from first fix to completion, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the scheme. You’ll report directly to the Project Director and work closely with the wider site team.
