I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading fit out contractor to deliver a £5 million, 70,000 sq ft CAT A & B office fit out in the heart of Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a flagship commercial project from site, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinating subcontractors and the site team.
- Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance.
- Liaising with the client, consultants and the wider project team.
- Overseeing project delivery through to successful completion and handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects as a Project Manager.
- CAT A fit out experience.
- SMSTS, Black CSCS & First Aid (essential).
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
