We are currently recruiting for a leading contractor who requires an experienced Document Controller / Site Administrator to support a busy project in Tunbridge Wells on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong site-based experience who can hit the ground running.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing project documentation and providing essential administrative support on a live construction site. The role requires a proactive individual who is confident working in a fast-paced site environment and can ensure all project information is accurately controlled and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining project documentation in line with site procedures
  • Uploading, downloading, and distributing drawings and documents
  • Controlling document workflows using systems such as Asite, Aconex (or similar platforms)
  • Ensuring all revisions are accurately recorded and issued to the correct teams
  • Supporting the site team with general administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and physical where required)
  • Ensuring compliance with document control standards and deadlines

About You

We are looking for someone who has:
