Quantity Surveyor – L&Q (East London)

We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working on the L&Q contract across East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works, with excellent career progression and long-term stability.
The role offers hybrid working, with attendance at the head office once a week for team meetings, and occasionally twice a week when required. The remainder of your time will be split between working from home and visiting sites across East London.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Procuring and managing subcontractors.
- Producing cost reports and commercial forecasts.
- Building strong relationships with clients and operational teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within social housing, planned maintenance, or construction.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification is desirable.
