A leading main contractor specialising in the refurbishment and decarbonisation of social housing is looking to appoint an experienced Projects/Contracts Manager to oversee a major framework across Cambridgeshire.
This is a long-term programme valued at Β£12m per annum, with significant growth expected. The role involves managing occupied housing refurbishment works, with a focus on external refurbishments and decarbonisation projects (SHDF).
Key responsibilities
- Leading multiple refurbishment packages across live, tenanted properties
- Overseeing programmes, commercial performance, compliance, and health & safety
- Managing site teams and liaising with clients, residents, and stakeholders
- Driving quality and efficiency across all phases of delivery
