We are working with a leading property services main contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a 4-storey, occupied refurbishment scheme for PA Housing in Lewisham. This is a key project due to start on site in two months, involving cladding remediation and external refurbishment works to a residential block with residents in occupation. The business is well-established, financially secure, and recognised for delivering high-quality regeneration and remediation schemes across London and the South East.
The Role
- Safe delivery of cladding remediation and refurbishment works
- Effective management of works in an occupied environment
- Strong resident liaison and stakeholder communication
- Programme, cost and quality control
- Management of site teams and subcontractors
- Compliance with all relevant building safety and regulatory requirements
About You
- Proven experience delivering refurbishment projects in occupied residential buildings
- Previous cladding remediation experience (highly desirable)
- Alternatively, strong external envelope experience (facades, roofing, balconies etc.)
