This Project Manager's role is with one of the UK's leading multi-disciplined property companies offering a wide range of services to a multi-national client base. Part of their offering includes acting as a principal main contractor on projects for their clients' existing property portfolios including commercial fit out, moves and changes, and general refurbishment schemes with values from £200k - £2 million.
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing multiple schemes at any one time. You will need to be multi-skilled and be able to oversee the delivery of multiple projects, to include £200k - £2m. The key skills you will need are:
- Client facing ability to develop client relationships.
- Fully competent with Project Management techniques.
- Be able to deliver projects on time and on budget whilst following internal and external management processes and structures.
- Sub-contractor selection and management.
- Advise on procurement and provide expertise on sub-contractor capability.
- Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation.
- Ensure that all projects meet their statutory obligations for CDM and H.
