This Document Controller role is with one of the UK’s leading residential developers, delivering high-quality housing and residential developments across the country. The Oxford team is currently delivering a range of residential schemes, providing an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a strong pipeline of projects and long-term career prospects.
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller, ideally with a background working for a leading residential developer or main contractor. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and control of project documentation, ensuring information is correctly recorded, numbered, issued and archived so that it remains fully traceable.
- Key responsibilities will include maintaining document registers and design review records, generating document numbers, quality checking documentation and managing communication status.
- You will also liaise with project teams and provide general administrative support where required.
Previous experience using SharePoint or 4Projects is highly desirable.
