Join one of the UK\’s fastest-growing specialist contractors! Our client is a market-leading contractor delivering complex façade remediation, retrofit/decarbonisation, and planned refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, we\’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our delivery team on a flagship project for Newark and Sherwood Council.

Role

As Site Manager, you\’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You\’ll work closely with clients, residents, and internal teams to drive excellence and uphold our reputation for first‑class project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities from inception to completion.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to programme and quality expectations.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and scheduling.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem‑solving on site.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment, façade, or retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, CDM regulations, and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and commitment to excellence.
