We are recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to support the delivery of a £14m cladding remediation scheme at The Linx & Ingenta Building in Manchester. This is a major building safety project involving the removal and replacement of external wall systems to ensure full compliance with current fire safety and building regulations. The building is occupied, making clear communication and resident engagement critical to the project’s success.
As Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between the site team and residents, ensuring works are communicated clearly, concerns are addressed professionally, and disruption is kept to a minimum. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary liaison between residents, the client, and the site team
- Providing clear updates on programme, access requirements, and upcoming works
- Organising and attending resident meetings and drop-in sessions
- Managing complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating access to occupied properties where required
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and resident interactions
- Supporting the Project Manager with stakeholder reporting
