Start: Immediate/ASAPAre you a driven and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal fit-out? We're looking for a proactive individual to take the reins on a 14-storey residential block of apartments in Walthamstow, overseeing works from 1st fix M&E and carpentry through to completion.ð Key Responsibilities: Oversee all internal fit-out works from 1st fix stageCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staffEnsure high standards of health & safety, quality, and programme complianceReport progress regularly to the Project ManagerMaintain daily site records and liaise with stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience managing internal fit-out works on multi-storey residential projectsStrong knowledge of 1st fix M&E and carpentry sequencingSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage schedules, subbies, and site logistics effectivelyð1⁄4 The Client: Our client is a leading developer with a strong pipeline of residential projects across London.
