We’re working with a leading main contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment, who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis to support their growing workload across East London. The Project

You’ll be managing an occupied social housing scheme on the L&Q framework, delivering:

  • Window replacements
  • Roofing works

Working within a live environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and with minimal disruption to residents.
