We are recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading main contractor delivering works on the L&Q framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking contractor with a strong reputation across the social housing and retrofit sectors.
The Project You’ll be working on Social Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) schemes, delivering:
- External Wall Insulation (EWI)
- Window replacements
- Roofing works
- External repairs and associated improvements
These works will be carried out in occupied residential properties, so strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key link between site teams and residents, ensuring works run smoothly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pre-start meetings and resident consultations
- Managing expectations around programme and access
- Handling queries, concerns and complaints professionally
