Freelance Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) - Immediate Start! Wandsworth £15-£20 per hour (depending on experience). Own car & full UK driving licence essential.
We're looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for 30 weeks to join a well-known main contractor delivering planned maintenance works across the London Borough of Wandsworth. Project includes:
- Window replacements
- Door replacements
- External refurbishment works
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous RLO experience within social housing or planned maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
