We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Improvement Manager to join a growing construction and built environment business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in business improvement, process optimisation and change management to play a key role in improving operational performance across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help translate strategic priorities into practical improvement initiatives, working with teams across the business to identify opportunities, implement change and deliver measurable operational, customer and financial benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification, development and delivery of business improvement initiatives aligned with wider business strategy and priorities.
- Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of underperformance.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify root causes and develop practical improvements using recognised continuous improvement techniques such as Lean, process simplification and standardisation.
