A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Construction Manager to join its growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering major construction projects through innovative digital engineering and BIM‑led solutions.
The Role
- You will lead the digital construction strategy across complex projects, driving BIM implementation, coordination, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Working closely with project teams, consultants, and supply chain partners, you will ensure best‑in‑class digital delivery standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Digital Construction and BIM processes on major projects
- Oversee project information management in line with ISO 19650 standards
- Manage model federation, clash detection, and coordination workflows
- Drive collaboration between design, construction, and supply chain teams
- Produce and review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and digital delivery strategies
- Support project teams with digital construction tools and workflows
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all digital deliverables
- Mentor and develop Digital Construction Coordinators and BIM staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Digital Construction / BIM Management role within a leading contractor
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and digital project delivery
- Advanced experience using Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Common Data Environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards
- Experience working on large‑scale construction projects in the UK
