My client is a global leading provider in facilities management, and they are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee the building services for one of their prestigious critical banking data centre contracts, located in Hounslow. The Shift Manager will be expected to have excellent understanding of Critical Facilities/Data Centre infrastructure (Electrical, Mechanical, and DC specific infrastructure).
They will be responsible for the day to day operation of the shift carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive works to Building Services Systems within a contracted site. Additional responsibility includes direct contribution to the development and successful operation of the Managed Services function, working with colleagues to develop and implement departmental strategy, objectives and improvement processes. To control and implement deliverables against all allocated Customer Specific Service Level and KPI Agreements.
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance tasks are carried out for all of the site related assets, these will be conducted through the Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
- Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance.
- Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract.
