Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, organised and personable Front of House / Facilities Coordinator to join a busy professional workplace in Oxford.
The role will combine front-of-house duties with supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and contractors.

Welcome and sign in visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
*
Manage reception, meeting rooms and visitor access.
*
Answer and direct calls and enquiries.
*
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
*
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors.
*
Liaise with building management, suppliers and external service providers.
*
Monitor office supplies and facilities-related stock.
*
Ensure communal areas, meeting rooms and office spaces are maintained to a high standard.
*
Support health & safety and general facilities procedures.
*
Assist with office moves, workplace set-up and facilities projects.
