We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join a flagship residential development in Clapham for a leading UK developer. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the internal fit-out package on a large-scale RC frame apartment scheme, managing all internal trades from 1st fix through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all internal fit-out trades from 1st fix onwards
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are achieved
- Driving quality standards and snag-free delivery
- Maintaining health & safety compliance across the site
- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
- Monitoring progress and resolving any site-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential apartment developments
- Strong fit-out and internals background
- Experience managing multiple trades on RC frame projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
