Job Title – Engineering Supervisor My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for a technical supervisor to oversee the building maintenance for one of their corporate contracts located in York. The Technical supervisor will be responsible for the smooth operation of the building services, communicating all works to the client. Responsibilities: * Ensure site technical services are delivered in compliance with legislative, clients health, safety and environmental programmes * Act as the Technical Services point of contact for all in / out of scope technical activities and provide technical support across a wide spectrum of commercial technical services, to the team and client. * Manage a team of technicians to deliver technical services utilising the employed resource (self-perform).
