The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take full operational responsibility for two contracts:

Each contract services approximately 1,200 properties per year, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. You’ll lead a team of 5 direct staff, while coordinating a trusted and established supply chain of operatives to deliver high-quality, compliant works. This role demands a balance of commercial awareness, operational oversight, and people leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day delivery across both contracts, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
- Reporting performance, risks, and progress to the Operations Director
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your direct team
- Overseeing subcontractor performance and maintaining strong supply chain relationships

- Strong understanding of damp & mould remediation and/or FRA works (highly desirable)
- Confident managing subcontractors and supply chain delivery models
- A natural leader who can motivate teams and build strong client relationships
- Commercially aware, organised, and solutions-focused
