A leading contractor is looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant BIM Manager to join its Warrington team. This is an exciting opportunity for a BIM professional looking to take the next step in their career and work on major construction and infrastructure projects across the North West.

The Role

  • Working alongside the Digital Construction and BIM leadership team, you will support the delivery of BIM processes and digital workflows across a range of high-profile projects.
  • You will play a key role in model coordination, information management, and supporting project teams to ensure successful digital project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of BIM and Digital Construction processes across projects
  • Assist with model coordination and clash detection activities
  • Manage and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Review and monitor project models and digital deliverables
  • Support the production and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with ISO 19650 standards
  • Provide BIM support and training to project teams where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a BIM Coordinator or Assistant BIM Manager role
  • Experience working within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and digital construction workflows
  • Experience using software such as: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
