Senior Workplace Coordinator Location: Cambridge Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Company: Large global facilities management company We are looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Coordinator to lead the day-to-day workplace and front-of-house operation on a client site in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the on-site workplace/front-of-house team. * Oversee daily reception and front desk operations. * Ensure a professional and high-quality service is delivered to employees and visitors. * Manage workplace services, meeting rooms and general site requirements. * Deal with queries and issues independently, using initiative to find solutions. * Work autonomously and take ownership of the site without requiring constant supervision. * Support and coordinate the wider facilities management operation. About You * Previous experience in a Senior Workplace Coordinator, Workplace Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Front of House Manager or similar role. * Experience leading or supervising a team. * Strong front-of-house/reception experience. * Highly organised with excellent communication skills. * Confident working independently and making decisions using your own initiative. * Professional, proactive and comfortable taking full ownership of day-to-day site operations. * Experience working within a corporate or facilities management environment is desirable
