A leading contractor is looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant BIM Manager to join its Warrington team. This is an exciting opportunity for a BIM professional looking to take the next step in their career and work on major construction and infrastructure projects across the North West.
The Role
Working alongside the Digital Construction and BIM leadership team, you will support the delivery of BIM processes and digital workflows across a range of high‑profile projects. You will play a key role in model coordination, information management, and supporting project teams to ensure successful digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of BIM and Digital Construction processes across projects
- Assist with model coordination and clash detection activities
- Manage and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Review and monitor project models and digital deliverables
- Support the production and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with ISO 19650 standards
- Provide BIM support and training to project teams where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a BIM Coordinator or Assistant BIM Manager role
- Experience working within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and digital construction workflows
- Experience using software such as: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
