Role We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the top 5 UK\’s Leading Property Services companies to deliver a major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and external refurbishment programme across Ealing. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of a major retrofit and refurbishment project involving: * Window and roof replacements * External wall insulation and façade upgrades * Other key fabric-first energy efficiency improvements Key Responsibilities * Assist with the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and final accounts * Support procurement and contract administration * Monitor site progress and manage variations in scope or specification * Prepare valuations, applications for payment, and cost reports * Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants * Ensure commercial compliance with SHDF funding criteria and reporting About You * Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field * 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial or assistant QS role, ideally within housing or refurbishment * Strong communication, organisational, and Excel skills * A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer * Competitive salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including pension, bonus, and professional development support * The opportunity to play a key role in one of London’s most impactful retrofit programmes * Hybrid working arrangements and flexible work culture * Supportive team environment with clear progression pathways
