The Role

You will support the delivery and coordination of the design process across projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the design process across multiple project stages
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
  • Attend and contribute to design meetings
  • Monitor design programmes and key deliverables
  • Identify design risks and buildability issues

The Candidate

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a Tier 1 environment. You will have:

  • Experience as an Assistant Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Architectural Technologist, or similar
  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and keen to progress into a Design Manager role

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar
  • CIAT/RIBA/CIOB pathway desirable
