Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in a Design Management or Assistant Design Management role.
- Background: Experience working within a main contractor, specialist sub‑contractor, or construction consultancy.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to projects across the North-West region.
