Contract Value:£6m over 18 months
We are working with awell-respected, established planned maintenance contractorwith an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experiencedSite Managerto lead a flagship roofing project in East London.

The Project
You’ll be responsible for managing a£6m, 18-month roofing programmeforL&Q, delivering roof replacements, balconies, and green roof installations across occupied residential properties within theGrand Uniondevelopment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise with the client, residents, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor programme progress, quality, and productivity.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as aSite Managerwithin planned maintenance or refurbishment.
- Strong background deliveringroofing projectsis essential.
- Experience working on occupied residential schemes.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
- Must have your own carand be able to travel across East London sites.
