£15–£20 per hour(depending on experience)
Own car & full UK driving licence essential
We’re looking for an experiencedResident Liaison Officer (RLO) for 30 weeks to join awell-known main contractordelivering planned maintenance works across the London Borough of Wandsworth.
Project includes
- Window replacements
- Door replacements
- External refurbishment works
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous RLO experience within social housing or planned maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with residents and site teams
- A proactive and organised approach to work
