Maintenance Engineer

Role:Maintenance Engineer Salary: £42,000 + £45,000 Location: Northamptonshire Company Profile Theclient is leadingtier 1 main contractor, specialising in property services and they are looking for a shift engineer to work on one of their contracts in Northamptonshire. The Engineer will be working to a site-specific shift pattern to conduct all necessary M&E maintenance. Purpose of Job To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providingeffective planned and reactive Electrical and multi skilled maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures. Provide support and assistance to Account Manager Key Responsibilities Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems. Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Preparation of quotations to client when required, Skills & Qualifications Experience working in Facilities Management. Either Mechanical or Electrical Experience –
