About the Role
Our Change and Transformation team seeks a Change Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of priority outcomes and enable the business to achieve its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Bringing cross‑functional resources together to tackle a wide range of business problems
- Providing clear communication and coordination between delivery teams and wider business stakeholders
- Adapting your methodology and style to suit different scenarios
- Challenging and stress testing plans, scope and delivery approaches
- Dealing with ambiguity and navigating when processes are not clearly defined or understood
- Identifying ways to improve overall efficiency and ways of working of delivery teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience delivering change in a fast‑paced environment, utilising Agile and other project management frameworks
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, turning complex problems into actionable work for teams
- Strong track record of managing cross‑team dependencies, risks and issues
- Confidence in leading through ambiguity and in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills to steer and guide teams and stakeholders
- Credible governance, reporting and delivery effectiveness track record
- Comfortable working in a complex regulated environment (experience desirable)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, engaging teams and stakeholders and fostering a culture of transparency
- High level of emotional intelligence, able to read a room

Location & Working Model
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model: you will be based in the office three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) and can work from home on other days.
