We're looking for an organized Personal Assistant to support the VP of International Expansion & Risk within Network Risk Operations, part of the Global Payment Network (GPN).
This role is pivotal in building out a new team from the ground up, with key responsibilities in coordinating hiring and onboarding processes.
Reporting directly to the VP, you will provide dedicated administrative support, with the scope of the role expanding to support other senior leadership as the team grows.
The focus of this position is on the administrative oversight and operational rhythm needed to build a new risk team.
What you'll do
- Calendar & Time
Management: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and optimizing time usage to allow leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Operational Rhythms & Team
Growth: Lead the administrative coordination for the International Expansion & Risk team, including logistical support for hiring, onboarding new team members, and facilitating the operational rhythm of the growing risk team.
- Travel & Expense Operations: Manage end-to-end travel planning and expense processing, ensuring seamless arrangements for business trips and team needs.

Support: Prepare and manage high-level meeting materials, including creating and refining presentations, agendas, and pre-read documents to ensure the leadership team is well-prepared.
- Team Logistics & Administration: Oversee general team logistics and administrative operations, including file maintenance, managing communications, and acting as a central point of contact for departmental inquiries.
- Events & Off-site
Planning: Coordinate and facilitate team meetings and off-site events, handling everything from scheduling and room bookings to agenda logistics.
Experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a large, dynamic organization.

- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative oversight and operational workflows for a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in executive calendar management, complex travel planning, expense processing, and collaborating with cross-functional partners (e. g., Finance, HR).

This is a permanent position based in our Hammersmith, London office. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend two days a week in the office.
