What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for voice and data products, including telephony and broadband/connectivity services; diagnose and resolve client‑reported faults across hosted voice and broadband connections; log, track, and escape cases as required, maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
  • Voice provisioning: provision of tenant place number port requests, base configuration including generic users, DDI numbers, and up to 3 hunt groups; host project kick‑off call with client (remote only); configure named users; programme IVRs and call queues/groups.
  • Broadband provisioning: manage end‑to‑end provisioning of broadband orders from order placement to activation; liaise with carriers/suppliers to track install dates and resolve provisioning issues; keep internal systems and clients updated on order progress.
  • Training outcome: role offers long‑term security and opportunity to progress into permanent position.
