We’re looking for a creative Content Creator for Majority; our in-house audio brand, who knows how to stop people scrolling.

You’llbe responsible forcreating entertaining, engaging and story-driven content that builds a brand people genuinely connect with.

You’ll uncover the stories behind Majority – from our founders and product designers to product launches, customer moments and behind-the-scenes insights and turn them into content people actually want to watch.

Whetheryou’reinterviewing our co-founders, filming a product launch, jumping on atrendor creating a viral Reel about vinyl, you’llown the creative process from idea through to publication.

You’llbecome one of the key voices behind the Majority brand.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Create social-first content
  • Plan, filmand edit engaging short-form video for Instagram, Tik Tokand You Tube Shorts.
  • Develop attention-grabbing hooks that earn views and engagement
  • Turn technical products into the right balance of entertaining, relatableand informative content.
  • Produce content around product launches, reviews & awards, tutorials, lifestyle content, trendsand creator-style videos.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms where relevant.
  • Tell the Majority story
  • Find and tell the stories that make people care about our brand and products.
  • Help build an emotional connection between customers and the Majority brand.
  • Interviewfounders, andteam members to bring products and ideas to life.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments across the business.
  • Own the creative content process
  • Pitchnew contentideas every week.
  • Stay on top of trends, formatsand platform updates.
  • Experiment with new concepts and learn from performance
  • Work closely with the marketing team on launches and campaigns
  • Create content that supports both brand awareness and commercial goals
  • Be confident in front of and behind the camera
  • Confidently present on camera where appropriate
  • Interview colleagues, partnersand creators
  • Direct others during filming
  • Represent Majority at events, productlaunchesand photoshoots
  • Measure what works

  • Experience creating content for Instagram and Tik Tok
