As a member of the Strategy team, the Strategic Account Executive (SAE) plays a critical role in translating strategic direction into structured activation plans and maintaining continuity from strategy through to delivery. You will work across integrated B2B initiatives including content, websites, events, account-based marketing (ABM) and thought leadership programmes. Working closely with Senior Strategists and Client Services & Operations colleagues, you will understand the rationale behind strategic decisions and shape how those decisions translate into practical, phased plans. This role requires project management capabilities, though not a pure PM role. Salary: £35k – £40k, depending on experience Operating in a Strategy Executive, Senior Account Exec or planning-focused marketing role previously, you want to deepen your strategic capability while taking ownership of how ideas are delivered in practice – you want to understand the “why” and carry it forward.
