Their Socio-Economic team has a market leading role in supporting the built environment industry to assess the economic, social and health impacts of developments. They are employee well-being focused, with hybrid working and a very competitive package.
A highly driven and innovative individual, who has previous experience in preparing Socio-economic Impact Assessments, Health Impact Assessments (HIA) and Equality Impact Assessments. Experienced in reviewing policy planning documents and wider impact literature. GIS knowledge is advantageous.
