An exciting Real Estate Agency with A LARGE pipeline of work on large frameworks across the UK is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join their team in Central Leeds.
THE HEADLINES:
Title: Senior Planner
Experience required: 2 Year (Minimum)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: Leeds City Centre

Hybrid working: Yes (3 days in office/2 days wfh)

🔎 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally, you will hold a Geography or Planning related Degree/Masters, with at least 2 year of experience in the public or private sector, whether in a consultancy, developer or local authority (Development Management) Planning team. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a good knowledge of the UK Planning system/legislation is essential.
