Our client are looking for an Associate Director to join their Land Assembly & Compulsory Purchase (LA&CP) team, due to their continued success and growth across the nation!
Experience required: 6+ Years' Experience + Chartered Surveyor with CPO experience
Salary: Competitive + Bonus & Benefits (DOE)

Our client are a leading UK commercial real estate multidisciplinary consultancy with 40+ offices nationwide. Their specialist LA&CP team advises government departments, local authorities, infrastructure providers, lenders, and developers on complex compulsory purchase and land assembly matters.
You’ll be advising on:
- Compulsory purchase law and procedures
- Compensation assessments (including business disturbance)
- Negotiations with acquiring authorities
- Public Inquiries and DCO examinations
- Expert witness work at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)
Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in CPO matters
Confident, client-facing, and detail-oriented
Ambitious and motivated to develop at Associate Director level
An excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised LA&CP team, working on impactful public and private sector projects with clear long-term progression. Must be Chartered.
