Are you a RICS Surveyor looking for a new opportunity in Affording Housing and Development Viability? We're working exclusively with a highly respected planning & development consultancy in Central London that’s expanding its Affording Housing team due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline.
The role will involve advising clients on affordable housing, infrastructure approaches, development viability, and housing delivery. Experience in development appraisals and housing strategies is a must.
