An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to join a planning-led SME based in Farringdon. Working alongside experienced town planners and other Built Environment specialists, you will play a key role in delivering People Management.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function. Working closely with the Executive Director of People, the role will manage and develop the HR team, lead complex employee relations, improve HR systems and processes and ensure the function provides a responsive, high-quality service to managers and employees.

The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist and people manager with sound judgement, commercial awareness and operational discipline.
